For orders within the Netherlands, we charge €5.99 in shipping costs. Orders placed before 10:00 PM will be shipped the same business day. You'll usually receive your order within 1-2 business days. Good to know: for orders over €44.95, we cover all shipping costs.

What are the costs of shipping?

We ship our orders via reliable carriers.
- Netherlands: Delivery time is usually 2–5 working days.
- Belgium: For shipments to Belgium, the delivery time is 2–10 working days.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before being handed over to the carrier.
What if my product is not delivered on time?

Can I cancel an order?
Canceling an order is certainly possible. However, this must be done within one hour of placing the order so we can process it. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service.
