At Olunaya, we do everything we can to deliver products that you and your little one will love. Not completely satisfied? You can return your order under the conditions below.
Return period
You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receiving it.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened and unused
- The product must, if reasonably possible, be in its original packaging
For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

After registration, you will receive further instructions for returning your order.
Return costs
The costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return:
- You will receive the purchase amount within 5 working days
- Original shipping costs will only be refunded in case of a full return
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
