How do I return my order?
You can easily register your return via My Olunaya. You don't need an account for this. Simply enter the email address you used to place your order, and you can start the return process immediately.

How can I return my order?

You can easily register your return via My Olunaya. After registering, you'll receive all the steps, instructions, and the return address.

Important :

· Returns without registration cannot be processed.

· Ensure sturdy packaging

· Damage due to poor packaging is the responsibility of the
customer

How long do I have to return an item?

You have a 14-day reflection period after receiving your order.

Are there any costs associated with returns?

Yes, return costs are usually at your own expense.

Exception : In case of an error by Olunaya or a defective/damaged product, all costs are entirely for us.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, exchanges are possible as long as the product

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • Sealed
  • In original packaging

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for resending.

Can I return the products if they have been opened?

No, for hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned. Our products always have an internal or visible hygiene seal. If this is broken, we can no longer sell the product and therefore it cannot be returned.

When will I receive my money back?

Within 7 working days after we have received and inspected your return.
Depending on your bank, it may sometimes take a little longer for the amount to be visible.

How will my purchase amount be refunded?

Using the same payment method you used when ordering. Missing or opened items will be deducted from your purchase price.

I bought a product at a discount, will I get the same amount back?

Yes. You will receive a refund for the amount you actually paid.

How do I know if my return has been received?

Once your return has been processed and approved, you will automatically receive an email confirmation.

I received a defective or incorrect product, what should I do?

Please report this within 48 hours via mijn.olunaya.com , along with photos. Select "Return" and choose the "Order damaged" option.

We ship our packages with PostNL and currently only deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium. We offer free shipping on orders over €44.95 within the Netherlands.
