New on the Baby Guide: a sleep coach joins us

For us, caring for a child doesn't stop at what you put on their skin.

It's also in all those little moments surrounding it. A warm bath, clean pyjamas, a little time together before bedtime. Sometimes such an evening goes smoothly. Sometimes not at all.

Sleep cannot always be planned

Because as nice as a fixed routine can be: sleep cannot always be planned. Your baby keeps waking up, naps suddenly only last twenty minutes, or your toddler decides that sleeping is something for later. And before you know it, in the middle of the night, you're reading conflicting advice on your phone for the umpteenth time.

A subject that deserves careful attention

We know that many parents have questions about their child's sleep. At the same time, we believe this subject should be handled carefully. Therefore, we don't just want to gather some tips ourselves and turn them into an article.

From August on the Baby Guide

From August, a sleep coach specialising in babies and children will start writing for the Baby Guide. She brings the knowledge; we ensure that her articles align with the calm and honest way we want to talk about parenting at Olunaya.

No promises of sleeping through the night within three days. No perfect schedule that should work for every family. Instead, clear explanations, relatable situations, and advice that you can calmly consider.

Her name is still a surprise for now

We're keeping her name a secret for just a little longer. Her first blog will appear in August, and we'll introduce her to you in more detail then.
