We ship our orders using reliable carriers.
- Netherlands: Delivery time is usually 1–2 working days
- Belgium: Delivery time is 2–10 working days
Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days before being handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Costs
- Netherlands: For orders up to €45, a fixed shipping fee of €5.99 applies
- Free shipping (NL): Orders within the Netherlands are shipped free of charge from €45
- Belgium: A fixed shipping fee of €12.95 applies
- International: Shipping costs for other countries are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
Shipping & Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order. Please note that tracking information may take a few hours to become available.
