How can I place an order at Olunaya?
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can also order without an account.
Can I change/cancel my order after I have placed it?
Our orders are forwarded directly to our logistics partner for processing as quickly as possible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will still be possible.
Do you need to make any changes? Please contact us immediately. If your package hasn't been processed yet, we'll do everything we can to help.
How can I be sure that my order has been placed correctly?
You'll always automatically receive a confirmation email. Didn't receive one? Check your spam folder first or log in to My Olunaya with the email address you used to place your order.
If there is nothing there, please feel free to contact us so we can take a look.
Can I pay later?
No, at Olunaya we do not offer a post-payment method.
We have chosen this because we believe that responsible, transparent and conscious purchasing is important, both for parents and their families.
Where can I enter my discount code?
During checkout, you'll see a "Discount Code" field. Enter the code and click Apply . The discount will be visible immediately.
How many Olunaya points do I receive per purchase?
You'll receive 10 points for every euro spent. These points will be automatically added to your account after a successful order.
You can see exactly how many points you have and how much discount you can get with them in your account.
